Abstract :
An improved analytical technique for transforming current-frequency measurement data to spatial polarization distribution is presented. Some experimental results with a polar polymer are presented in support of the mathematical model incorporating both space-charge and dipolar polarization components. The model is found to reproduce the experimental values slightly better than the model of S.B. Lang and D.K. Das-Gupta (1986)
