Project management is the most common method of implementation of non-routine operations or new plan in the corporate organization from organizing small meetings, to large product development in the investment market, to complete the task or project with the scheduled time and resources. This study is to investigate the factors affecting the implementation of project management and evaluate the project management performance on the basis of the practical situation of implementing project management in the enterprise. The results showed that these 6 factors have a positive impact on implementing project management. It is found that commitment of management is the most important and it is the key to the success. It is followed by the use of reward system, involvement and participation of project team, with emphasis on education and training, financial constraints and organizational structure. Recommendations and future directions are also discussed in this study.
