Abstract :
This paper analyzes the application of database used in the CRM system, and puts forward a perspective that the use of database is an important procedure to improve the level of management for enterprises. This paper discusses the structure of database system, and explains its various components, describes the information classification and meaning of the data warehouse, and discusses the date warehouse´s application in enterprises.
