Abstract
This paper tries to solve the problems that appear when CMMI is implemented in small and medium-sized enterprises, of which problems and the key points of process improvement are analyzed in detail based on the current situation and characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises in China. And then solutions and process improvement framework are proposed. Finally some practical experience is presented.
