The implementation of integrated traffic control and informatics in Belfast

A major new motorway bridge and associated roadworks is being constructed across the River Lagan in Belfast to add to the 3 existing city centre bridges. However, its close proximity to the city centre will result in considerable interaction between vehicles on the motorway and traffic in the city centre streets.
