Abstract
Because nowadays, it is difficult to cope with the daily working routine, private life or leisure activities without using the computer or the internet, our Expertise and Reference Center in Berlin and Bonn present possibilities of how people with disabilities can use Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) on an equal footing. The Project "barrierefrei kommunizieren!", i.e. Nationwide Expertise and Reference Center "barrier-free communication!", is a centre for information, counselling, schooling, communication and events, sponsored by the Ministry for Labour and Social Affairs and the European Social Fund (ESF).
