Abstract :
The primary requirement of vibration measurement for rotating machine is to acquire simultaneously multi-channel vibration signals. A high-speed multi-channel simultaneous vibration data acquisition system based on the microprocessor C8051F060 and the USB2.0 interface CY7C68013A is presented. The five C8051F060s are used in the system. One of them is as a master microcontroller and the other are as slaver microcontrollers for data acquisition as the microcontroller C8051F060s has two 16-bit simultaneous A/D converters with 1 MHz sampling frequency. So an eight-channel simultaneous vibration data acquisition system is formed, which data can be transferred high-speedily to computer by the USB 2.0. With high-speed, good precision and simultaneous acquisition, the system can meet the requirement of vibration amplitude and phase measurement for rotating machine. This system has some advantages such as small in size, light in weight, portable in carry, convenient in operation and so on.
