CMS of Enterprise Based on CBR Technology

Since environment changes rapidly and become more complicated, no enterprise can avoid the threat from crises of different kinds in the age of globalization and network. It is important that enterprise should construct Crisis Management System (CMS) to prevent or alleviate the damage crises bring about. After deeply discussing the inducements and characters of crisis and Crisis Management (CM) strategy, this paper believes that there are certain mapping relations between the type of crisis and CM strategy. A CMS has then been put forward using CBR technology for mining the mapping relations to support the development of theories and practices of CM.
