Abstract :
The traditional Control Chart can basically meet the requirements for mass production, to detect whether the functioning of the working system is in control, but the grouping of data is fixed. As a result, the comparison within each group is fixed but the difference among groups cannot be fully presented This paper offers a method which forms the groups with rolling data to enrich the Control Chart with the function of comparing among a small range of groups. With this improvement data can be better utilized and the system is more responsive. The plot of the improved Control Chart is presented based on the SPC (Statistical Process Control) software and the complexity of data processing is solved by computer technology. This practice is based on the SPC System of a true company, and the recognition of the solution is described in this paper, which aimed at the rapid response and accurate judgment on the daily produce.
