Research on the reconfiguration of product development project

To meet the requirements of the product development process reconfiguration, the reconfigurable models used in the project management of product development are presented. In the models, the project managers define the project process models and project leaders tailor the project process model while making project plans. The enterprise leaders and other stakeholders can collaboratively participate in the processes of projects through the control activities defined in the project process models. The business process model and object model are built. Through the development and implementation of the models, it is shown that the presented approach can effectively reconfigure the processes of product development projects.
