Abstract :
With the number of exhibition increase greatly, the competition between exhibitions is increasingly fierce. With the time and financial constraints, exhibitors can only participate in limited exhibition. To attract more exhibitors, organizers must understand the needs of exhibitors. The current studies focused on decision-making process of exhibitor, but there are few study on the need of exhibitor and the performance of exhibition. From the perspective of the exhibitors, this paper, using IPA, examines the important factors in the process of choosing exhibition, as well as the actual performance, finds out the weakness and strength, which will help the marketing of exhibition.
