Abstract :
In order to monitor the resistance and inductance of pulsed magnet in real time before and after a discharge, a resolution, which based on NI LabVIEW software and a 4-wire bridge LRC meter connected with an industrial PC by means of the GPIB (IEEE488), is put forward Both the designed hardware components and software are described. Meanwhile, an algorithm based on linear extrapolation to predict magnet temperature is designed The measurement result shows that this designed monitor system can be used in pulsed high magnetic field facility well and can be transplanted to other systems using different LRC meter easily.
