Abstract :
In this paper, a nonlinear control of active DC filters (ADF) is proposed to compensate for the harmonic ripple voltage in a medium-voltage DC shipboard power system. A nonlinear model of the ADF is linearized by feedback linearization theory. Simulation results shows that the proposed method can suppress the fluctuation in the DC-bus voltage effectively.
