  • Abstract
    To solve the Cl2 flow control problem in PVC production process, a new kind of flow meter and flow controller is designed. The system is based on weight-loss rate method which used variation of the weight in a period of time for flow measurement. Single-chip microcomputer is used for the core of the control system, and dual integral A/D converter module for improving the resolving power and stability, hardware filter and Kalman theoretical digital filter is used to improve the signal-to-noise ratio. The systempsilas installation, working principle, and the hardware and software design are presented in detail. The system has an intelligent algorithm, high reliability and accuracy. It is easy to be installed and applied to the existing equipment.
