Abstract :
The intelligent metering system, using the technique of phase-locked frequency multiplier to discrete the wave of student dormitory electronic signal, obtains TRMS measurement. The neural networks is applied to the wave of student dormitory electronic current to identify high-power load and computer, stopping the student from violating electric power regulations. The system has the functions of timing on and off, remote control and reading. It can also meet special requirements of electricity management for studentspsila dorm, such as overload judgment, illegal electric appliances identification, etc.
