Abstract :
A virtual factory is a temporary partnership of factories created to offer the right portfolio of products to changing target markets. A new artificial intelligence based tool that helps to select the partners of a virtual factory is presented. This tool generates the organization that the manufacturing system of a candidate partner must have in order to be incorporated into the virtual factory
