    The steps in the development of a training video for lockout and tagout of electrical equipment in a large pulp and paper mill are explained. The goals and methods used to develop the training video are outlined, and some thoughts on segments that came out well and areas that could have been improved are presented. The individual steps involved in producing the video are reviewed
