Abstract :
With respect to multiple-attribute decision-making problems with time series, research on them by interval numbers theory. Based on operations and priority relations of interval numbers, a new method of grey relational analysis is set up. Both the attribute weights and attribute values are interval numbers. Based on the definition of positive ideal solution of multiple-attribute decision-making problems with interval numbers, the grey relational degrees of alternatives are obtained by using the operations of interval numbers. The priority of alternatives is determined by comparing the grey-relational degrees interval of alternatives based on a ranking approach of the interval numbers. Thus we provide another scientific and reasonable decision method for multiple-attribute decision problem with time series.
