Abstract
The 700 MHz digital dividend spectrum propagation characteristic is so valuable that has to be used optimally in order to generate more benefit to the society, business stakeholders and government. Long Term Evolution (LTE) is known as broadband technology with varying bandwidth that are 1.4, 3, 5, 10, 15, 20 MHz which uses different modulation techniques at different distances. Slot Allocation should be done to optimize efficiency spectrum frequency when a change analog television (478-806 MHz) with 8 MHz bandwidth into digital television. So there are differences in the frequency slots during the license revocation of analog television (8 MHz) with standard varying bandwidth of LTE. The contribution of this paper is to know slots bandwidth that can be auctioned to the operator.
