Abstract :
The paper reports on the fabrication of focal plane arrays using two material systems for mid infrared sensors. These are InAs/InGaAs self assembled quantum dots in well (DWELL) and InAs/(In,Ga)Sb strain layer superlattices (SLS) detectors
