Abstract
Tyco Electronics manufactures digital wireless radios for police, fire, and emergency medical service departments as well as commercial users such as utility providers. Tyco has noticed customers struggling with the complexity of the new radios. This project required our team to build a radio configuration help site for Tyco passing on experiential knowledge and practical tips. Finding the most effective way to convey this information, both functionally and visually, was vital to the project´s success. Initial test results proved the site to be navigable and usable. We also address recommendations for future work at the end of this document.
