Abstract
A low-cost homodyne vector network analyzer for use from 90 to 100 GHz is presented. The waveguide setup consists of two identical measurement heads that can be moved relative to each other. The millimeter-wave signal is fed to the moving head through a novel quasi-optical line stretcher. A calibration procedure that has been developed for this setup is described.<>
