Abstract :
In clinic diagnosis, the calculation of the arbitrary cross-section of the living organisms is useful and important. In this paper, one novel method of calculate the arbitrary cross-section of three-dimensional cardiac is present, we use a method of Backward Projection calculate the coordinate of each point in the cross-section, takes into account the shape and geometry of the reconstructed object from a set of slices. As coordinate is known, linear interpolation is adopted to calculate the RGB value of all pixels. The result indicates that using the method present, we can get clip plane on random orientation, with high precision.
