Abstract :
This paper considers the problem of the revenue-sharing in the supply chain contract. Under the symmetrical information between the supplier and the retailer, and considering the shortage cost, a model of revenue-sharing contract with the rewards and punishment strategy is established Through the analysis of the model, the constraint of the parameters is given. A numerical example shows the effectiveness of the proposed strategy.
