Abstract :
In this paper, we presents a scalable video coding transmission system with error correction of high-resolution multi-view stereo video with LDPC (Low Density Parity-Check Codes). In order to ensure the quality of service, we design two transmission modes with scalable video coding technology. The system could switch the transmission mode according to the channel bandwidth or the agent devices in real-time. In addition, to correct the bit errors caused by the channel noise and improve the PSNR (Peak Signal to Noise Ratio) of the transmission system, we encode the video content with LDPC. Compared to the scenario without LDPC, the video content with LDPC outperforms the source without LDPC.
