Abstract :
The problem of linking mechanical quantities with electrical ones measured in terms of the time unit, the electron charge, and the Planck constant is considered. Some methods based on dynamic voltage devices are presented in principle, as alternatives to methods for SI watt determination based on moving-coil current balances. Three possible approaches to the problem, based on voltage devices and leading to power equations, are presented.<>
