Abstract :
This is the following paper after the first study for inside vehicle wireless communication system design with UWB (ultrawideband) technology which was presented in ITST 2007. In this paper, it is descried why UWB technology will be good for intra vehicle wireless communications and provides more detail UWB propagation analysis. Then multipath environment model intra vehicle is created in addition existing UWB simulation model. Wireless communication gain loss of intra vehicle multipath environment becomes around 4 dB degradation against AWGN (adaptive white Gaussian noise) based on several multipath gain loss simulations to identify intra vehicle environment effect in this paper. According to this multipath gain loss analysis, UWB technology is capable high speed wireless communication intra vehicle environments with 4 dB gain loss against AWGN. These analyses suggest technology challenges for intra vehicle wireless communication how to improve from WiMeida specification UWB to Intra vehicle UWB.
