Abstract

The important role of scientific and technical input for enhance initiative innovation ability and strengthen competitive capacity is discussed. The changing trends and characteristics of scientific and technical input in developed countries are analyzed. The present situation of scientific and technical input in Jiangsu Province is analyzed by compared with other provinces and based on practical data. And the channels and countermeasures to increasing scientific and technical input is put forward.
