Abstract :
A spread spectrum mesh communication system using orthogonal Huffman sequences is proposed. Each user is assigned an orthogonal sender´s sequence with negative shift-end correlation value and a receiver´s sequence with positive one. The convolution between the sender´s sequence of a user and the receiver´s sequence of the other user generates the orthogonal sequence for a directional channel. A set of the orthogonal or zero correlation zone (ZCZ) sequences with odd length and negative shift-end correlation value is applied to a synchronous or quasi-synchronous variable-rate CDMA system without interchannel interferences.
