Abstract :
The dynamic surface control technique can simplify the backstepping design and overcome the problem of ldquoexplosion of complexityrdquo. In this paper, by incorporating this design technique into the function approximation with Fourier series, an adaptive dynamic surface controller is designed for buck power converters containing time-varying uncertainty on load resistance. It can track the reference output voltage trajectory well, and has good robustness with respect to the parameter uncertainty. The effectiveness of the proposed control scheme is verified by the simulation.
