Simple motion detection methods in TV image for security purposes

The authors present some simple detection procedures and algorithms for TV security systems implemented on a standard PC for detection and localization of targets. The approach is based on motion detection and target identification procedures suitable for fast and efficient image processing on relatively simple hardware.
