Abstract :
Along with the status and function increase of satellite navigation system in information-age war, a new method of combat effectiveness evaluation-rough fuzzy sets(RFS) theory is proposed which is based on rough sets and fuzzy sets theory. The algorithm of the RFS theory is analyzed and designed, and effectiveness evaluation index system of satellite navigation system is established. And then, by an example, combat effectiveness of satellite navigation system is evaluated by RFS and decision rules are also given. The theory provides a new idea for evaluation and decision of satellite navigation system.
