Abstract :
In this paper, based on Lyapunov method, a kind of output feedback controller with time-delay is presented against a kind of dynamic time-delay systems with norm-bounded parameters. The closed control system with output feedback controller with time-delay is of integrated against actuator and sensor failures and robust in the presence of all admissible parameter perturbations. Simulation examples show the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
