Abstract :
The main result in the paper addresses probabilistic robustness for a multilinearly parameterized H∞ norm involving uncertain parameters. For the prescribed class of admissible probability density functions ℱ for the uncertain parameters, the main result is as follows: All moments of the random H∞ norm are maximized over f ε ℱ by taking f to be the uniform distribution
