Abstract :
A system model of high-speed interconnect lines with distributed parameters is deduced in time domain. Transfer functions from the exciting voltage to the voltage of the end of the aggressive line and both end of the victim line are set correspondingly, and the problem of crosstalk noise is studied from the systematic aspect under the circumstance that the interconnect system is excited by high-speed signal. Simulation results demonstrate that the method we proposed is of great accuracy, validity and universality compared with the numerical method, and will be very useful for improvement design.
