Abstract :
The paper describes efforts to improve the quality and productivity of computer workstation support in a large corporate environment. Methods included both statistical quality control and process analysis. Over 10000 workstations are supported for engineering, manufacturing and business management organizations. Metrics and analysis are important aspects of managing this activity. Analysis, results and management decision making processes are described
