Abstract :
Cardiovascular disease has seriously affected the health of the elderly, and treatment of sudden cardiovascular disease is particularly difficult in most private pension institutions. A kind of portable ECG monitor is introduced in this paper which can be real-time, effective detection and treatment the patient´s ECG information. It is beneficial for mastering the patient´s ECG timely and building distinctive and intelligent private pension institution, and constantly improve its service quality and attractiveness to meet increasingly prominent and diverse pension service requirements. It is an important means to positive respond to the aging and alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of pension services. The core of new portable ECG monitor is MCU based on ARM Cortex-M3 and its storage medium is a high capacity SD Card. Besides the device realizes user-machine interaction, waveform replay, arrhythmia analysis and illness alarm. This system can detect QRS wave and analyze in real-time and embed file system, so the ECG data can be stored in text form and readability and translatability of data are enhanced. For the MIT-BIH database and actual persons, the accuracy of monitor reaches the requirements.
