Abstract :
Recently, in the field of ultrasonic cleaning, most ultrasonic generators suffers from the deficiencies of low and unstable output, no automatic frequency tracking and short service life. This paper introduces a 2 kW generator which has the functions of output signal automatic tracking between 10 to 20 kHz and over-temperature protection. This generator is comprised of a full-bridge IGBT power converter, a digital PWM control circuit and a feedback control circuit of temperature and current. The results show that the ultrasonic generator is stable, powerful and efficient.
