  • Abstract
    We propose an FFT/IFFT soft intellectual property (soft IP) generator for orthogonal frequency division multiplex (OFDM) systems. We have also presented a system-on-chip (SoC) platform and soft IP architecture, and provided an easily programmable and reusable IP design. Therefore, the proposed design methods are suitable for SoC applications and can reduce the development time-to-market. With different input parameters, our FFT/IFFT soft IP generator can automatically generate a synthesizable Verilog HDL code, test bench, and synthesis script files between 8 to 8192 points of FFT/IFFT for OFDM systems.
