Abstract
The pH value control for fermentation process of glutamic acid is taken as the research object. By processing the obtained data from field, PH control model is constructed by BP neural network. The control system is composed of combining PID controller and PH control model, and the parameters of the control system are optimized by the improved genetic algorithm. The simulation results show that the obtained optimization controller parameters are satisfied to the actual production need.
