Abstract :
Polymerase chain reaction is the easy method for generating copies of gene segments by rapid heating and cooling controlled automatically. This paper describes the main principle of design of gene amplification system and analyzes the control strategy in the thermal circles of the system. The method for lid temperature control is proposed, and the experimental results demonstrate that the system is stable and efficient.
