Surface Surveillance Information is Key to Improving Surface Operations Reduce taxi-out time according to the measure reported for memphis 6.6% for a utilization rate of 96% ▓ Surface surveillance information can improve the control of departure operations and decrease the number of taxiing aircraft by 6.4% at LGA airport. ▓ Partial surface surveillance information impact operations unevenly. □ For high utilization rates, the conflict anticipation zone, ramp occupancies and runway queue length yields 5% benefits. □ For intermediate utilization rates, higher levels of information are required to perform as well as the Full State Feed Back
