  • Abstract
    • Decoupled fixes could improve efficiency. • Improvement depend on the system parameters: capacity of upstream and downstream. • Temporal coordination could improve efficiency. • Controller can push flights into en-route, or tailor separation in TRACON. To do that, traffic control system must meet 4D trajectory requirements.
