Abstract :
Using an easy method prepare the 100 ~ 500 bp of DNA molecular weight standard (DNA marker). The preparation of the DNA marker and commercialize DNA marker have rather quality after electrophoresis which can be used for molecular biology experiments. The prepared DNA molecular weight marker will greatly reduce the cost of it.
