Abstract :
Submarine cable power feeding equipment (PFE) are direct current power supply systems, whose availability has to be very high due to the permanent service they have to fulfil. Tests and maintenance of all PFE devices, redundant power modules or system protections, are possible without any service interruption. The system complies with all EMC requirements. To achieve such purposes, we designed a modular switch mode power supply system, using numerical communication techniques with optical fibers
