Abstract :
A method was used to investigated S-Catechol-O-Methyltransferase activity(COMT) with 3,4-dihydroxybenzoicacid as the substrate C18 column (150 mm ×4.6 mm) at 25°C. The mobile phase consisted of methanol and 0.07 % acetic acid aqueous solution with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min at 254 nm. The optimal pH value was 8 and temperature was 45°C for S-COMT specific activity.
