Are telephone exchanges energy efficient? EE2000, a technique for taking the energy pulse of telephone exchanges

This paper presents a methodology for enhancing energy efficiency in telephone exchanges. These include techniques for verifying energy efficiency levels, broadly classifying exchanges according to efficiency enhancement requirements and proposing efficiency enhancement measures with the aid of energy flow analyses and energy consumption follow-ups.
