Abstract :
This paper examines the experiences of 2 Chinese manufacturing firms to identify the knowledge integration mechanism in the process of internal technology transfer from R&D department to manufacture, and thereby, to sort out the application of knowledge integration for Chinese manufacturing firms to improve their technological innovative capability in the process of scale manufacturing and commercializing their R&D fruits.
