Abstract :
To improve efficiency and collaboration in web-based collaborative change process, according to the philosophy of system theory and graph theory, the project-change control mechanism was presented. By analyzing the information flow in Web-based collaborative PD, the closed-loop change control process model was built. Additionally, the graph theory was applied to analyzed the impact scope raised by project change. Finally, the actual application of the control mechanism was introduced.
