Abstract :
On the basis of established switch object model, this paper presents a hard configuration and a soft configuration of the CAN field bus intelligent communication node based on P87C591, and describes the design of software initialization of CAN controller, as well as sending and receiving process of CAN nodes. A distributed testing system has been built and CAN protocol specification compatibility of this communication node has been verified finally.
